In the wake of a series of "against the usual norm" property price increases, the Government will continue to monitor and pay "close attention" on the rise in property prices and if need be, further cooling measures will have to be introduced to curb this rising prices phenomenon in such trying times when global economy is trying to get back to shape.
So, what are the further cooling measures to be introduced? What must all related parties; developers, investors, buyers and sellers need to do?
