I came across an interesting article done by DBS titled "Property may no longer be the best investment".
This is how so true and real with newer properties getting smaller and becoming more expensive. I am really worried for our next generation. The prices are so unsustainable unless the rise in salaries can be at a faster pace than rising home prices.
At the current rate where things are going, it will seem that many average earners will have difficulty owning a property in Singapore. Will it come to a time where rental of property becomes a norm compared to ownership?
